This intense workout will make sure that you are ready for summer.

4. Yoga

Finally, you can perform your favorite yoga routine on the beach. The sand will make it harder to attain the correct positions. The uneven terrain will also increase the effectiveness of the workout and improve your balance. However, if you want to make it even more difficult you can take aboard and enter the water. This will make balancing even more difficult as maneuvers that are simple on land become very challenging when performed on the water.
