Email is the best way to reach us. Our hours are M-F 9:00am – 5:00pm ET. If you have a question about the status of an order, please give us your sales order number. Remember to check your spam folder as we send out a tracking number as soon as the order ships.
eCommerce order volume has been significantly higher and our fulfillment Service team and USPS are working hard to keep up with this increased volume, while continuing to take the steps necessary to keep our staff healthy and safe. We are seeing orders run about 5 days behind normal order processing and shipping during the Coronavirus pandemic. Please do not count the weekends for order processing days as nothing is shipped over the weekend, even under normal circumstances. Please know we are doing everything we can to get your order packed and processed out safe and as quickly as possible.
