Q. Do you offer any coupons or promotion codes?

A. We will offer special promotions and coupons for new and returning customers from time to time. Make sure you are subscribed to our email list to stay updated with any special offers!

Q. How long does it take to see results?

A. Everyone’s system is slightly different and consequently, everyone has different experiences as far as how quickly a supplement works. We recommend following the directions on the bottle and taking our products daily. We recommend a 30-day cycle for best results.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your results, we offer a 60-day 100% refund.

Q. What if I do not get results?

A. We are extremely confident that our products will provide great results, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 60 days, even if the bottle is empty.

Q.  Where do you manufacture your products?

A.  All of our supplements are formulated and manufactured in the United States in an FDA and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Process) certified facility with only the highest quality ingredients.

 

Q. Where is Ageless Nutrition located?
A. Ageless Nutrition is in Michigan and all of our supplements are formulated and manufactured in the United States. We back our products with a 60-day 100% refund.
Q. What is your security and privacy policy?

A. Our website is 100% SSL certified and securely hosted right here in the USA. All transactions are backed up by Authorize.net with encrypted credit card processing to ensure your information is protected. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Q. Do you have an affiliate program?

Q. Are your products vegan or halal?

A. The capsules are halal friendly, but not halal certified. The capsules are also free of animal elements, including pork.

AgelessBrilliance and AgelessTest are vegan-friendly.

Some of the ingredients in the AgelessJoints come from shellfish – as such would not be vegan-friendly.

Ordering and Shipping

Q. Can I order over the phone?

A. We currently only offer our products online through our website and Amazon.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. All orders placed through our website will include a tracking number (once the order is complete), which you can use to monitor your shipment. Tracking is also provided via Amazon if you order through this platform.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. Orders placed on our website are shipped directly from our Michigan-based warehouse and you can generally expect a 5-7 day delivery if you live in the USA. International orders can take longer (12-24 days) due to customs clearance and processing through international facilities.

If you order via Amazon, products are shipped via Prime which is usually a 3-5 day delivery.

Refund Policy

Q. How do I get a refund?

A. Simply, contact our support team and let us know you would like to return your product and we will provide you with an RMA number and address to ship your bottles. Once the products are returned and approved for a refund, we will return your funds within 3-5 days (minus a 15% restocking fee).

A. Yes, we want our customers satisfied and offer a 60- day policy satisfaction guarantee, even if the bottle is empty.
